1.About BLEUN
BLEUN is an AI-native Intent OS. You state an objective in your own words; BLEUN interprets it, identifies information it still needs, creates and coordinates AI agents, recommends actions, executes actions you have authorised, monitors progress and maintains a confidence estimate.
BLEUN is operated by Perseids Ltd, a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom, with its registered office at To be confirmed. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Perseids Ltd. Perseids Ltd operates other products; these Terms apply only to BLEUN.
2.Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, accessing BLEUN or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, which form part of this agreement. If you use BLEUN on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
3.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital majority in your country if higher, to use BLEUN. BLEUN is not intended for children. You may not use BLEUN if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or sanctions.
4.Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly at support@bleun.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
You may close your account at any time from Settings. Account deletion is described in the Privacy Policy and in the in-product privacy settings.
5.Private BLEUNs
A Private BLEUN is an objective created for and controlled by the individual account holder. Private BLEUNs are designed for individual use: their content is scoped to your account and access controls in our database restrict reads and writes to your own records.
A Private BLEUN can become visible to others only if you:
- share it, or invite someone to it;
- convert it into a Professional BLEUN; or
- connect an integration or third-party service that is granted access to it.
We do not claim absolute confidentiality beyond what the architecture supports: authorised personnel may access data where strictly necessary to operate, secure or support the service, and our service providers process data on our behalf as described in the Privacy Policy and Subprocessors list.
6.Professional BLEUNs
A Professional BLEUN is a shared objective involving multiple people and AI agents. Membership roles may include owners, leads, contributors, approvers and viewers.
Depending on permissions, members may see and act on:
- the shared objective and its sub-objectives;
- inputs and assigned questions;
- uploaded documents;
- decisions and approvals;
- agent activity and output; and
- progress and confidence history.
The organisation or workspace owner is responsible for:
- inviting only authorised users;
- assigning and maintaining appropriate roles;
- removing access when a person no longer needs it; and
- ensuring it has the rights to upload and share the information it places in a Professional BLEUN.
Actions taken by an authorised collaborator — including approving an agent action, editing an objective or uploading a document — may affect the shared BLEUN for all its members.
7.AI agents and automated functionality
BLEUN's automated functionality operates at distinct levels, and the distinction matters:
- Analysis — interpreting your objective, structuring it, reading documents you provide and identifying gaps.
- Recommendations — proposing next actions, priorities and options.
- Preparation of actions — drafting a message, application, comparison or document, ready but not sent or submitted.
- Actions requiring approval — anything sensitive, irreversible or external is held until you (or an authorised approver) approve it.
- Autonomous actions — only those you have explicitly enabled, within the autonomy level you configured, and revocable at any time.
BLEUN has no authority over an external service beyond the access you grant it, and we do not represent that BLEUN can act on your behalf where a provider requires your personal authentication or a legally personal signature.
8.Human approvals and autonomy
Certain steps may require your input, confirmation, authorisation or formal approval before they proceed. Where approval is required, you remain responsible for reviewing the action before approving it — particularly high-impact actions such as sending communications, submitting applications, committing money or sharing personal data.
9.User inputs and uploaded content
You may provide instructions, answers, preferences, deadlines and documents such as CVs, contracts, statements or company information. You confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that doing so does not breach anyone else's rights or applicable law.
Do not upload content you are not permitted to share, and do not upload special-category personal data (for example health or biometric data) unless it is genuinely necessary for your objective.
10.Third-party integrations
You may connect external services to BLEUN. Where you do, BLEUN may read, write or process data from that service strictly according to the permissions you granted. You can revoke a connection at any time from the integrations settings; revocation stops future access but does not undo actions already completed.
External services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or decisions.
11.Google and other provider data
Where you connect Google (for example Google Calendar or Gmail), BLEUN requests the narrowest scopes needed for the capability you asked for, and uses that data only in accordance with the permissions you explicitly granted. BLEUN does not claim access it has not been granted, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not sell it.
Your grant is revocable at any time — from BLEUN's integrations settings or from your Google Account permissions page. Revocation stops all future access. The same principles apply to Microsoft, Slack and other providers you connect; each remains governed by its own terms.
12.Collaboration and Team Room
You may invite collaborators to an objective. Participants in a Team Room can see the content shared inside that objective according to the permissions you assign — including messages, documents, findings and agent activity. Only invite people you intend to share that material with, and remove access when it is no longer needed.
You are responsible for what you and your collaborators contribute, and for having the right to share it. Collaborators must comply with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
13.Confidentiality and privacy
We treat the content of your objectives as confidential and use it to operate BLEUN for you, not to publicise your affairs. How personal data is processed, retained, shared and deleted is described in full in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us and is not repeated here.
If you provide information about other people, you confirm you may lawfully share it with us for the purpose of your objective.
14.Subscriptions and billing
BLEUN offers a free plan and paid plans. Plan prices, currencies and billing intervals are shown on the pricing page and confirmed at checkout before payment.
BLEUN is a product operated by Perseids Ltd. Payments for eligible subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
As Merchant of Record, Paddle handles the payment, calculates and remits applicable taxes and issues the invoice or receipt. Card details are entered with Paddle and are not stored by BLEUN.
15.Renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly for monthly plans, annually for annual plans — at the then-current price for your plan, until you cancel. Renewal terms are shown before you complete checkout and in your billing settings.
16.Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, without contacting support and without having to give a reason. Cancellation stops the next renewal; unless stated otherwise, paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Full detail is in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
17.Refunds
Refunds are handled in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Paddle's buyer terms and your statutory rights, including any applicable statutory right of withdrawal for consumers. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have by law.
18.Intellectual property
BLEUN, including its software, interface, orchestration logic, brand and documentation, is owned by Perseids Ltd and its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use BLEUN for your own objectives. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell or create a competing service from BLEUN.
19.User content rights
You keep all rights in the content you provide. You grant us a licence to host, process, transmit and display that content, and to send the parts required to third-party providers, solely to operate BLEUN and deliver the functionality you requested. Output generated for you is yours to use, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
20.Acceptable use
Your use of BLEUN, including any instruction you give an agent, must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not instruct a BLEUN agent to do something you would not be legally permitted to do yourself.
21.Service availability
We work to keep BLEUN available and reliable, but we do not commit to uninterrupted availability on standard plans. Maintenance, upstream provider incidents and factors outside our control may affect the service. Any specific availability commitment must be agreed in writing.
22.AI limitations
BLEUN uses AI systems. AI systems are useful but not infallible. They may make mistakes, omit information, misunderstand context or produce information that is outdated or incomplete.
BLEUN is designed around this reality: it surfaces what it is uncertain about, asks for inputs, and routes consequential actions to you for approval. Where a decision matters, verify the underlying facts independently before relying on it.
23.No guarantee of outcomes
By way of example, BLEUN does not guarantee:
- obtaining employment;
- securing housing or a tenancy;
- obtaining financing, credit or investment;
- increasing revenue;
- successfully relocating;
- completing a purchase or sale;
- obtaining a visa, licence or regulatory approval; or
- achieving any specific financial or commercial result.
Confidence percentages shown in BLEUN are estimates produced from the information available at the time. They are indicative signals to help you prioritise — not predictions, promises or guarantees.
24.Professional and regulated matters
BLEUN can genuinely help with regulated and high-stakes topics: gathering and organising information, comparing options, structuring paperwork, tracking deadlines and preparing drafts. What it does not do is replace a licensed professional.
We are not a law firm, tax adviser, financial adviser, healthcare provider, insurance broker, immigration adviser or recruitment agency, and BLEUN output is not legal, tax, financial, medical, insurance, immigration or employment advice. For matters in those areas — and for any regulated transaction — obtain advice from a qualified professional before acting.
25.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where there is a breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, a security or legal risk, unpaid fees, or a legal requirement to do so. Where practical and lawful we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem. You may stop using BLEUN and delete your account at any time.
26.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or data, or for outcomes not achieved.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from or connected to BLEUN is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for BLEUN in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or GBP 100.
Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including consumers' non-excludable statutory rights.
27.Indemnity
Where you use BLEUN in a business capacity, and to the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, from content you upload without the necessary rights, or from actions you or your collaborators authorised. This clause does not apply to consumers where local law prohibits it.
28.Changes to the service
BLEUN evolves. We may add, change or withdraw features, and may change the AI providers and infrastructure behind the service. We will not make changes that materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a period you have already paid for without offering a reasonable remedy.
29.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Each version carries an effective date, a last-updated date and a version number, and previous versions are retained. For material changes we will give reasonable notice and, where appropriate, ask you to accept the new version before continuing to use BLEUN.
30.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and forum rights of your country of residence.
