1.What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. BLEUN also uses local storage, a similar browser mechanism, to keep preferences and unsaved work on your device. This policy covers both.
2.Strictly necessary
These are required for BLEUN to work and cannot be switched off. They are used without consent because the service cannot be delivered without them.
- Authentication and session cookies that keep you signed in and scope requests to your account.
- Security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery and abuse.
- Load balancing and routing cookies set by our hosting provider.
- Local storage holding your active BLEUN view and unsaved objective drafts.
3.Functional
These remember your choices. Turning them off means BLEUN forgets your preferences.
- Interface language among the languages BLEUN supports.
- Scope filter (Private, Professional or both) on the intent rail.
- Voice and spoken-briefing preferences.
- Display and layout preferences.
4.Analytics
Where enabled, analytics helps us understand which parts of BLEUN are used and where it fails, so we can fix and improve it. Analytics is only set with your consent and can be declined without losing functionality.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels or data-broker tags on BLEUN.
5.Third-party cookies
Payments
Paddle, our Merchant of Record, sets cookies during checkout to process the payment and prevent fraud. See Paddle's terms.
Infrastructure
Our hosting and backend providers may set cookies necessary for delivery, security and session handling. The providers involved are listed in Subprocessors.
6.Managing your choices
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies when you first visit, and change your decision at any time from the cookie preferences link in the site footer. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings — blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
