1.The core principle
2.Prohibited objectives
Do not create a BLEUN whose purpose is to:
- break the law or help someone else break it;
- defraud, deceive or manipulate a person or organisation;
- harass, threaten, stalk, dox or intimidate anyone;
- produce or distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material;
- develop weapons, explosives or malware;
- evade sanctions, export controls, tax obligations or regulatory reporting;
- impersonate a person, company, official or public authority; or
- obtain unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data.
3.Misuse of automation
Do not use BLEUN agents or integrations to:
- send bulk unsolicited messages, spam or automated outreach at scale;
- submit large volumes of applications, claims, bookings or forms in a way that abuses a provider;
- scrape a website or service in breach of its terms or of applicable law;
- circumvent rate limits, paywalls, CAPTCHAs or access controls;
- operate accounts on someone else's behalf without their authority; or
- generate reviews, endorsements or social proof presented as genuine.
4.Data you upload and other people's rights
- Only upload content you have the right to share.
- Do not upload someone else's personal data without a lawful basis to do so.
- Avoid uploading special-category data (health, biometric, political, religious) unless it is genuinely necessary for your objective.
- Do not use BLEUN to build profiles of individuals for surveillance, discrimination or scoring.
5.Regulated and high-stakes use
You may use BLEUN to organise work on legal, tax, financial, medical, insurance, immigration or employment matters, but you must not present BLEUN output as professional advice, and you must not use it to provide regulated advice to third parties without holding the required authorisation yourself. See the limitations in the Terms of Service.
6.Platform integrity
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract BLEUN's models, prompts or orchestration logic.
- Do not probe, scan or stress-test the service except under an agreed disclosure process.
- Do not resell, sublicense or white-label BLEUN without written agreement.
- Do not share account credentials or evade plan limits through multiple accounts.
7.Professional BLEUNs and collaborators
If you own a Professional BLEUN, you are responsible for the conduct of the members you invite and for removing access when it is no longer needed. Breaches committed by a member may lead to action against the BLEUN or the workspace.
8.Enforcement
Where we identify a breach we may, proportionately to the severity:
- block a specific agent action or objective;
- restrict a feature or integration;
- suspend the account pending investigation;
- terminate the account; or
- report the matter to the relevant authority where required by law.
Where practical and lawful, we will tell you what happened and give you the chance to respond or fix it.
9.Reporting misuse
Report abuse or suspected misuse to legal@bleun.ai, and security vulnerabilities to security@bleun.ai.
