What BLEUN does for personal objectives
BLEUN is a personal objective execution system, not a personal task manager. A subject states an outcome; BLEUN decomposes that outcome into the domains it touches, assigns a specialist agent to each domain, and drives the work forward inside the permissions the subject grants.
BLEUN covers seven recurring categories of personal objective: international or domestic relocation, home search, career and job search, travel planning, education and school applications, major purchases, and personal administration such as renewals, filings, insurance and bookings.
A to-do list stores intentions. BLEUN pursues them.
The difference is not features — it is what happens after you write the objective down.
| To-do list | BLEUN | |
|---|---|---|
| What it holds | A static list of tasks you typed yourself. | One objective, decomposed by BLEUN into the domains and dependencies it actually requires. |
| Who does the work | You, every item, manually. | Specialist agents research, draft, prepare and act inside your permissions. |
| What happens when things change | Nothing — the list stays as written until you edit it. | Agents re-plan around new information, blockers or deadlines. |
| How you know where you stand | Checked or unchecked boxes. | A confidence estimate of reaching the objective, built from clarity, inputs, milestones and blockers. |
| What it asks of you | Constant manual entry and follow-through. | Inputs only when an agent genuinely cannot proceed without your judgment or approval. |
A worked example: relocate for a new job within four months
One sentence in. A coordinated set of agents and required inputs out.
The objective as stated
\u201CMove my family from Lisbon to Toronto within four months for a new job, including schooling for two children and a rental home near the office.\u201D
Inputs BLEUN asks for
Visa category and employer sponsorship details, target neighbourhood or commute limit, budget range, children's ages and school preferences, and moving date constraints.
| Agent | What it does |
|---|---|
| Visa & immigration agent | Maps the required visa route, documents and timeline against the four-month deadline. |
| Housing agent | Searches rental listings near the office, shortlists options and prepares viewing requests. |
| Schooling agent | Identifies eligible schools, application windows and required documentation for both children. |
| Logistics agent | Plans the move date, shipping or storage options and flight bookings. |
| Finance & admin agent | Tracks budget, currency exchange timing and banking setup in the destination country. |
Frequently asked questions
- Is BLEUN a to-do list or a task manager?
- No. A to-do list stores the tasks you write down and leaves you to complete every one of them. BLEUN accepts an objective, works out what needs to happen to reach it, recruits specialist agents, and executes the work inside the permissions you set.
- What kind of personal objectives can BLEUN run?
- Relocation, home search, job search, career moves, travel planning, education applications, major purchases, and recurring personal administration such as renewals, filings and bookings.
- What do I need to provide to start an objective?
- You state the outcome and any hard constraints, such as a deadline or budget. BLEUN asks for further inputs only when it genuinely cannot proceed without them, such as a document, a preference, or an approval.
- Do I have to approve everything an agent does?
- You set the autonomy level per agent and per action. Routine research and drafting can run unattended; irreversible or sensitive actions, such as payments or submissions, wait for your approval.
